Problems with dimensions, ring profile, markings, or assembly details may affect installation and engine performance.

1. Confirm OEM Numbers and Engine Applications

    Start by checking the OEM part number, cross reference number, engine model, and product specifications.

 Product labels and carton information should match the confirmed order. Any compatibility issue should be solved before shipment.

 

2. Check Important Dimensions

      Important measurements include ring width, radial wall thickness,

 end gap, and ring profile. Inspection methods depend on ring design and customer requirements.

 

3. Inspect Ring Shape and Surface Condition

  Check the working surface, coating area, chamfers, grooves, and directional marks. 

Rings should be free from rust, cracks, burrs, edge damage, coating defects, and deformation.

 

4. Verify Ring Set Contents

  Confirm that the correct top ring, second compression ring, oil ring, expander, 

and related components are included according to the product design. 

Clearly identify single pieces, single-cylinder sets, and full-engine sets.

 

5. Check Packaging and Labels

  Good packing helps prevent moisture, rust, and damage during transportation. 

Labels, batch information, and shipping marks should remain clear.
